China Ocean Engineering Corporation (COEC) is the largest state-owned underwater engineering company under the Rescue and Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Communications of P.R.China, She is also an international economic & technical cooperation company. It is mainly engaged in underwater engineering, offshore oil construction and maintenance services, labor services, import & export, heavy lifting, ocean towage and heavy & voluminous cargo transport, Commercial diver qualification and certification of PRC, human resources management of rescue and salvage industry.
